Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Vultur. By creating an account, connecting integrations, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vultur.

1. The service

Vultur helps employees refer people in their professional networks to open roles at their employer and collect referral bonuses when hires are made. The service includes LinkedIn and Gmail connectivity, candidate matching, outreach automation, and referral tracking.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • Vultur is invite-only. You may only use the service after your employer has enrolled the company workspace and invited you to join it.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use Vultur, you agree that you will:

  • Only connect LinkedIn and Gmail accounts that you personally own and are permitted to connect.
  • Review outreach drafts before they are sent, and take responsibility for messages sent from your connected accounts.
  • Comply with the terms of service of LinkedIn, Google, and any other third-party platform Vultur interacts with on your behalf.
  • Respect applicable privacy and anti-spam laws (including the GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and equivalents) when sending outreach.
  • Not use Vultur to harass, defame, or mislead anyone, or to send unsolicited bulk communications unrelated to legitimate recruiting activity.

4. Acceptable use

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service.
  • Circumvent rate limits, safety controls, or authentication.
  • Use the service to build a competing product.
  • Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts.
  • Use the service in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Integrations and third parties

Vultur depends on third-party services including LinkedIn (via Unipile), Gmail and Google Calendar, Clerk, Convex, Apify, and others. These services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by these providers. If a third party revokes access or modifies its API, some Vultur features may stop working.

6. Referral bonuses

Vultur facilitates the tracking of candidate referrals and the reporting of successful hires. Whether a referral bonus is paid, and the amount, is determined by your employer's referral program and any separate agreement between you and your employer. Vultur does not guarantee the payment of any bonus. Where Vultur charges your employer a fee tied to successful hires, that fee is governed by the commercial agreement between Vultur and the employer.

7. Intellectual property

The Vultur service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Unmask AI, Inc. and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for the purposes described in these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

You retain ownership of the data you upload or connect. You grant Vultur a licence to process that data as necessary to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using Vultur at any time by disconnecting your integrations and asking your workspace admin to remove your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your employer removes you from their workspace, or if required by law. On termination, your access ends immediately and your personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of matching results. Vultur does not guarantee that any particular candidate will respond, that any hire will be made, or that any referral bonus will be paid.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vultur and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Vultur's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount your employer paid Vultur for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vultur harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
